Shipping Guidelines

At Florecer, we’re committed to delivering your bags with care and clarity. Below are our full shipping details so you know exactly what to expect.

Processing Time

In-stock items

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Pre-orders:

Please allow 6–8 weeks for production and fulfillment. Pre-orders are custom-made and worth the wait!

Confirmation

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Regions

U.S. Shipping:

Standard shipping (3–7 business days) is available nationwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping:

We currently ship to select international countries. Delivery times vary based on destination. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Disclaimer

Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.

Florecer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information, or unforeseen circumstances.

We recommend double-checking your address before submitting your order.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are made-to-order and ship within 6–8 weeks from the date of purchase.

If your order includes a pre-order and an in-stock item, they may ship separately or together depending on logistics. We’ll keep you updated!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you don’t receive tracking info within 4 business days of your purchase (unless it’s a pre-order), please email us at florecerbags@gmail.com.
