Yes! Select bags are available for pre-order. Pre-orders take 6–8 weeks to ship, as each item is made specially for you. We’ll send updates as soon as your bag is on its way.
We ship within the U.S. and to select international countries. Shipping options and costs will appear at checkout based on your location.
In-stock items typically ship within 2–4 business days. U.S. shipping takes 3–7 business days, while international times vary.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.

Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused bags in original packaging. Please email florecerbags@gmail.com to initiate a return.
Yes, we offer 1 exchange per order. The item must be in its original, unused condition. Please note: customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
